Rob Bell Resources and Drops Like Stars Tour Review

Friday night, a group from our church attended Rob Bell’s Drops Like Stars tour stop in Charlotte, NC. I read the book last week and, for the most part, that’s what the event covers. He used some great images from the book as a backdrop and the one with the hospital hallway looming behind was a stunning visual. The event was quite interactive(I still smell the soap I opened-hey you’ll have to go see for yourself) and mind blowing as I’ve come to expect from Mr. Bell. Bonus points for getting to meet him and get some stuff signed after the event. That was a great exclamation point to what had already been an amazing week. I’ve seen all his videos and read all the books personally. He challenges my thinking(doesn’t change my thinking all the time, but he engages the brain like few authors can) and broadens my views of God’s grace and mercy. “Everything is Spiritual” should be required viewing for all humans.
